Lunch at grandma's place
Recently seems like quite a bit of people are getting sick.
Even for myself.
I'm down with flu, running nose, sore throat, cough.
I believe it's becos of the haze and weather.
Plus not having enough rest and water, making it worst.
I'm now at my grandma's place. I realize I've not been at her place for ages!
She prepared lunch for me. Haven eaten home cook food for a long time.
I don't even remember when was the last time.
After lunch, was watching tv. She sat down with me quietly beside me.
She started telling me the usual stuff like.
"Remember to eat... Was lunch nice? Busy with work ar? "
I quietly listen, and "hmm"...
I realized my grandma has really aged.
Still remember the time when we were younger.
Even for myself.

Blogging with iPhone

trying to blog my first post using iPhone!!
Seriously, it's one cool phone!
I can msn on the go, listen to mp3, imagine watching kangxi on train!! Hahaa
I call it the all- in -one phone. My old trusty k800i battery life can go up to 2 days, but iPhone batt is about 15hrs , of cos I'm constantly msning and checking email.

professional vs passional...
was on e train, thought of e things i see at work...
being in e education sector, i get to see things that i've never thought it would be...
in secondary school days, we always have a impression of teachers and blah...
but reality is still as bare and real as it is....
sometimes ppl are just being too 'professional'?
sometimes being too professional restrains us from coming up with new solutions, new methods, new approach...
there's nothing wrong with being professional, (infact being professional is being consistent, which is important) but if professional makes you feel like you've arrived, you're the best, you're on top of e rest.. that's where it starts to get scarry.
cos every step, every decision might be based on other's opinion, acceptance, rules, the 'safest-method' and 'past-approved-method'. leaving no room for new suggestions, new creative ideas...
some, who are really well-versed with the 'system' can infact use that to 'reflect' arrows.
on the meeting table, it's really interesting to see people shooting arrows at one another...
on the other hand, being passional about 'stuff' makes us enjoy doing what we are doing. makes us want to learn more, makes us want to change it for the better (instead of feeling it's a hassle).
just 2 cents worth... work place can be a battle ground isnt it?

thoughts snippets
just gonna blog snippets of my thoughts...
- advice we've given, it's up to you to listen
- decision's been made, why still seek advice? worst, why seek approval?
- at the end of the day, we'll still be there for you, to pick you up
- both the song leaders did well for yesterday's meeting
- i need to know more about this person whom i thought i knew
- it's more than just ministry, it's e relationship
- how do we bring Heaven to earth?
- everyone needa have their own revelation of His love, everything else doesn't matter that much isnt it?
- insecurities drives people to grab "something/position/watever" which they believe will fill up e void in em
- woah, 2 hours of sleep, enough to keep me running the whole day
- sometimes, people just dont listen when you speak to em nicely...
- nothing escapes the eyes of our old farts
- shouted at a class today! blood boils, cant really comprehend why students only listen when someone shouts. cant i just be nice mr charles? i'll be fine. peace peace! ha
- hear lotsa things, not angry, just a tad sadden that people do forget the very primary reason why they are doing what they are doing... was reminded...
- so who do you really consider as brothers? get e meaning right...
- im thankful that He remembers my prayers, a group of new friends, a new fellowship; something different...

with revolutionary connecting medium such as facebook, twitter, blogs, everyone seems to be 'watching' at our every single move....
e 'what are you thinking?' in facebook is no longer as simple as it seems, it's a SHOUT-IT-OUT-LOUD board!!!! anything u type, all ure frens see em!!!
but nevertheless, it's still a good medium to communicate with your friends...
(see, i cant even blog what i really wanna say... politically right! )

alrite, a great week ahead! Whooo! oh yes, congrats to weisheng! sebas! and lianghong! finally!! 30mins later... it's finished!!

it's friday!!! WOOO WOOOO!!!
seldom i feeel damn happy on friday!!!!
but im totally elated man!!! i think after teaching for 5 days, im totally drained!!!!
17 classes!!!! that's equating to close to 18 hours of teaching!!! My gosh!!!
if the students are attentive still not that bad, when u encounter those problematic students, u feel like killing em all!!! URggg., hahahhaa
but it's okay!!! im getting use and have ways to deal with these students... hohohohooo...
it's friday!!! my soul cries out in JOY man!! WOO WOOO WOOO WOOOOO!!!
hhahahahhaaaahhhH!!!! i tio the TGIF virus liaoz.....
see yah! off to cell group! gonna be fun fun fun, plus food food food food!!!!

sick kitty
it's the flu season again and i kena the flu wave...
went to see doctor on wed, got a day MC and some lousy medication.
thursday, didnt felt any better, went to another doctor, was given 2 days MC!
now e skin on my nose is totally exfoliating, cos i rub it too hard with tissue paper...
thank God im feeling better after taking some antibiotics pills...
finally some time to rest, practice, sort out my room...
huei - speedy recovery!

been thinking abit on my work...
was thinking for a change, but right now, i cant !...
just waiting for opportunities to escape from this den...
khai did, zijian did.... i couldnt.. gonna miss working with you guys!
as of now, 'trying' to enjoy whatever i suppose to do...
aniwae, went for a wonder session tonite, really glad i went.
though i was battling for awhile whether should i go, cos im really 'shagamama'; hahaha, glad that i went, was totally blessed...
those thoughts will be running in my head...
gotten a book which i wanted! ; finally something to read while im on e train...
huei - loads of water, fruits and vege keeps ulcers away!!
